A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped via DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the information below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please write to us at info.wooliie@gmx.net before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity, and the delivery address with the relevant country zip code. We will then inform you whether we can also ship to the desired country. Should delivery to the desired address be possible, we will also inform you of the relevant shipping costs.

For an order totaling up to 50,00 €, we charge a flat rate of 2,00 € for shipping. For an order totaling more than 50,00 €, shipping is free. These rates apply worldwide to every country that we deliver to. For the full list of countries see below.

B. Delivery time:

The delivery time is 7-21 days for all items that are "in stock".

The delivery time is 14-30 days for all items that are "out of stock", but are available for "pre-order".
