  • What are my payment options?
    We offer various options for you to pay your order online. Debit Card ​ Credit Card We accept the following credit cards: - Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Diners - China Union Pay - Jcb - Carto Boncaires - Discover - Electron - Maestro (please note the merchant name, 'Wooliie by KVP Body UG', will appear on your statement) Giropay PayPal Pay securely by credit card using PayPal (no PayPal account needed). (please note the merchant name, 'Wooliie by KVP Body UG', will appear on your statement) ALL PRICES DISPLAYED THROUGHOUT OUR SITE ARE IN EURO AND INCLUSIVE OF VAT.
  • How much will the delivery of my order cost?
    Shipping costs will depend on what you are purchasing and where it is being delivered to. It is calculated during checkout. To reduce shipping costs to you we wait until all products are available and consolidate your order to make one delivery. However, if you require expedited delivery of the available item, and, thus, multiple deliveries of your order, we split the order and send the available products to you now and the rest to you when they are available later. You will not need to contact us, but you will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Who will deliver my parcel?
    We use DHL for delivery service. For further detailed information concerning delivery, we recommend you refer to our page on Shipping & Delivery.
  • When will my order arrive?
    It will depend on the products being ordered. ​ Items 'in stock' in our warehouse are available for same-day dispatch. This applies to orders placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays (GMT+5:45). New items and items temporarily out of stock can be pre-ordered and will be dispatched once they become available. ​ If you have ordered multiple products and they all have different dispatch days, your order will be consolidated and dispatched once your entire order is complete. If you would like to split your order to receive some products now and the rest later, then you will need to contact us and you will incur additional shipping costs. We aim to dispatch all orders that are "in stock" within 7-21 days. We aim to dispatch all orders that are "out of stock" but available for "pre-order" within 14-30 days.
  • What happens when a product I've ordered isn't currently available or there is a delivery delay?
    Despite our best efforts to meet our delivery times, delays can be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. Our manufacturer makes their best attempt to keep us informed on the availability of all items. KVP Body UG (haftungsbeschränkt) may need to order products that are not immediately in stock from our manufacturer. This may result in an extended delivery time or products being unavailable. In the event that you have ordered a product where our manufacturer is temporarily delayed, we will notify you immediately of the delay, and should the item no longer be available and you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Pick up is only available if you are currently located in Kathmandu, Nepal or Düsseldorf, Germany. Please email our Customer Support team if you would like to pick up your order.
  • What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
    · Don't panic! · View your original order confirmation and check the expected dispatch days noted on your order or on the website. · Check your inbox for your dispatch notice. · Check your mailbox for an attempted delivery note, as your post may have attempted to deliver your parcel while you were out.
  • Will I need to pay for taxes, fees, and/or duties when my parcel arrives?
    Customers from the European Union will not be required to pay additional customs tax. For every other country, we have no control over any taxes, fees, or duties that may be applicable in your country and if imposed by your country you will be required to pay these fees directly to your country's collection office. If your country is not listed in our checkout cart and you would like to place an order, you can email our Customer Support team​.
  • Can I return an item for a refund or store credit?

  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes! We send our friends coupons for discounts on their orders. You can join our community by submitting your email into the contact box that is found in the footer of each page of our website.
