We do not use optical brighteners or dyeing with allergenic components in making our products; and, the fibers that we use haven't been chemically cleansed or treated, thus retaining their natural lanolin oil - a waxy substance derived from sheep hair fibers.

And because they are plant-based, they do not contain toxic chemicals or heavy metals, thus having far better of an impact on your family's health and the environment than their chemical counterparts.
Anti-microbial, deodorizing, insect repellant & anti-allergenic
Our plant dyes are the best for your family's health. Many of our plant dyes, such as catechu, have anti-microbial properties that can kill bacteria and resist mold and mildew growth. Our dyes also have a deodorizing effect thanks to their resistance to bacteria. Some of our plant dyes, such as pomegranate, contain compounds to repel insects, such as mosquitos.
